Welcome to ExamVine. These Terms govern your use of the ExamVine website (https://examvine.com) and the ExamVine mobile application (together, the “Service”), operated from Hyderabad, India. By using ExamVine, you agree to these Terms.
1. Account
You create your ExamVine account by entering your phone number and verifying a one-time password (OTP) sent by SMS. After signing in, you may optionally add a display name, email address, and a profile picture from a set of predefined avatars. Each person should maintain a single account, and you’re responsible for keeping your phone number safe. If you suspect unauthorized access, email support@examvine.com.
By using ExamVine, you confirm that you have the legal capacity to agree to these Terms. If you are a parent or guardian and a minor uses ExamVine under your supervision, you accept these Terms on their behalf.
2. Service access
ExamVine is free to use. Reasonable daily and monthly usage limits may apply to some features (e.g., AI Study Assistant queries per day) to keep the Service stable for everyone.
3. Acceptable use
Please use ExamVine for personal, non-commercial study. Don’t:
- Share or redistribute our study materials, questions, or tests.
- Use bots, scrapers, or automated tools to access our content.
- Share your account access or use the same account from multiple people.
- Post offensive, abusive, or illegal content in community features.
- Reverse-engineer or modify the app or our APIs.
- Use ExamVine content for commercial purposes without written permission.
We may warn, suspend, or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
4. Our content
Study notes, questions, explanations, mock tests, AI responses, UI, and branding are the intellectual property of ExamVine, protected by Indian copyright law. Previous Year Questions are sourced from publicly available exam papers; copyright of the original questions belongs to the respective examination authorities.
Content you post in community features remains yours. By posting, you grant us a non-exclusive licence to display and moderate it within the Service.
5. Disclaimers
ExamVine is a supplementary study tool — we don’t guarantee selection, scores, or improvements. AI features may occasionally contain errors; please cross-check with authoritative sources. The Service is provided “as is” and we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
6. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, ExamVine is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
7. Changes
We may add, modify, or remove features at any time. For material changes to these Terms, we will notify you by email or in-app at least 15 days in advance. Continued use after the new Terms take effect means you accept them.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.
